Terms and Conditions of Sahfar Academy :

      Sahfar Academy is a unit of Sahfar IT Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. There are certain ‘Terms and Conditions’ that any applicant associating with Sahfar Academy has to abide by during training or learning courses. By accepting this agreement, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of our company throughout our association.

Bookings:

      Standard Face-to-Face offline as well as online E-learning mode of training is available at Sahfar Academy. For admission or purchase, you have to visit the official website of Sahfar Academy and fill in the ‘Applicant Enrollment Form’ with all the details required.

      After completion of it, the form can be submitted Offline or through the company’s official WhatsApp or through the company’s email. On successful completion of your enrollment, you will receive a confirmation over the phone as well as through email. By this, Sahfar academy will be accepting your candidature by entering your booking into the official system of the academy along with all your details provided.

Payments:

      Training fees have to be paid at the time of submission of the ‘Applicant Enrollment Form’ through both online modes using UPI or QR code available on the company’s website or through direct bank transfer into the company’s bank account, or through debit or credit cards as well. In the case of Offline submission, payments can be made in cash and proper receipts should be collected and properly kept for future needs. In all cases, payments must be received before the start of the training. For Online payment, the screenshots of the paid amount or transaction details should be shared with the company.

      A receipt will be sent to you on the successful deposit of your payment from the company to your email. Please note that if you do not provide accurate payment details or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will be deemed void. Sahfar Academy will not accept any liability for costs incurred due to the application deemed void in this matter. Taxes, if any, are charged at the time of application and will be according to the rules and regulations of the Indian Government.

Your Obligations:

      During online sessions, you may not allow anyone else to access the E-training courses by sharing your log-in details with them. You must abide by all the rules and regulations for maintaining a safe and healthy environment during the course and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training will be provided. Shafar Academy receives the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behavior is found to be inappropriate by Sahfar Academy or its trainers. In these circumstances, Sahfar Academy will neither refund any fees nor will bear any other costs.

Limitations or Liability:

      Opinions expressed by individual trainers during the courses are not necessarily those of Sahfar Academy. Sahfar Academy does not take responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including other course materials. Applicants should receive the confirmation email from our institute, which we can only provide if the course fees are received, to join the training sessions. Sahfar Academy is not responsible for any failure of payments from the applicant’s side.

Warranty:

      Sahfar Academy ensures that all our training services are delivered with diligence and in a good, professional, and timely manner and following industry standards. All the training services will be given according to the agendas mentioned in the Prospectus. Sahfar Academy will provide professional training from experienced trainers including one-on-one guidance, placement preparations, and lifetime support.

The Academy may substitute any trainer at any time if he/she is suitably qualified to present the relevant course for the betterment of trainees. Sahfar Academy does not take any responsibility of any online content to be always available or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that such content are free from any viruses bugs or errors, or omissions.

Ownership and Intellectual Rights:

      All the training materials provided during the course is owned by Sahfar Academy. All intellectual rights of the Training Materials available, including the designs, graphics, and text of all printed materials and audio of all online webinars are owned by Sahfar Academy. While you are accessing those training materials you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the training material. However no training material should be copied, uploaded, posted, reproduced, displayed or linked to in any way without the permission of Sahfar Academy. Any such use is strictly prohibited without consent of the company and will be considered as an infringement of Company’s Intellectual Property Rights.

Cancellation:

      Once you have enrolled for the course in Sahfar Academy, the fees is non-refundable. On cancellation from customer’s side, no refund will be given by the company. However if you want to change the course that you want to get trained, then that will be done completely by the terms and conditions provided on spot by the company only after considering several factors.

Sahfar Academy reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by prior notice. In such cases full refund of the course fees will be given to you. However the company will not be responsible for any other complimentary fees that you may have paid for the fee transfer process.

Miscellaneous:

In case of any controversy or dispute, both the company and the customer will try to come to a solution which satisfies both parties. All the information provided by you under these Terms and Conditions will be treated in accordance to Sahfar Academy’s Terms and Conditions policy.

This is the entire Agreement that is to be followed throughout the course of association of you to Sahfar Academy relating to the trainings and supersede all prior or recent oral or written communications, proposals and representations regarding training offered by the company.
